Solution: Train managing staff on how to best support those with any anxiety related disorder (diagnosed or undiagnosed). Create a course for managers and supervisors to to better learn about anxiety and how to recognize it. This can be used to better support employees, and understand the relationship between having a supported workforce and overall productivity.
